The Team | Chris Flynn
During his 17 years in the software business, Chris Flynn has concentrated on the development, delivery, support, management, and promotion of technology solutions for the software development, financial, business, and e-business markets. Chris has been a member of the Do Diligence® team since 2001, managing and delivering Technology Due Diligence and Technology Asset Enhancement services.

During his 17 years in the software business, Chris Flynn has concentrated on the development, delivery, support, management, and promotion of technology solutions for the software development, financial, business, and e-business markets. The past 10 years of Chris’ career has been mostly focused on the design, implementation, and deployment of applications targeting the highly demanding areas of both Enterprise-scale and Internet-based applications. Chris has successfully managed the full lifecycle development of these projects resulting in products currently deployed throughout the world. Chris has been a member of the Do Diligence® team since 2001, managing and delivering Technology Due Diligence and Technology Asset Enhancement services.

Chris’ broad range of experience includes:
  • Designing and presenting seminars discussing performance, enterprise deployment, network technologies, Client/Server system design and implementation, system optimization, and implementation of various messaging schemas targeting both technical audiences as well as providing end-user/customer level information.
  • Providing solutions that bridge into international markets. Chris has worked on-site in multiple countries to ensure that proper requirements were obtained as well as presented technical recommendations and training.
  • Principal technical reviewer of software architectures and development processes of companies being considered for acquisitions.
  • Contributed to industry standards working groups (e.g. ARM, CIM, etc.) resulting in the release of new industry standard solutions.
  • Invented multiple technologies that provide real-time application response measurements from an End-User’s perspective in both structured application environments as well as broader Internet applications. (Awarded US Patent 5,872,976 on February 16, 1999 and European Patent WO 01/08046 A1 on February 1, 2001)
  • In depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • P&L management of business units ranging in sizes from 3 to 50 people.
  • Listed in the Lexington Who’s Who registry of business leaders and professionals.
