Patrick Allen is a senior member of the Do Diligence® Partners, Inc. team, providing Technology Due Diligence and Technology Asset Enhancement Services. His knowledge and experience has been utilized in acquisition and merger evaluations and financial infusions ranging from $3M to $2.45B.
Patricks broad range of experience includes:
- Provided development management and architectural oversight during the migration of applications and data from mainframe to client-server for the National Geographic Society. Further guided the architecture and implementation of thin-client solutions to catalogue and manage the Societys 10M digital image library.
- Principal member of multi-company, architectural design teams for global web-based information management solutions.
- Participated in the development of emerging strategies to use SGML and XML as a messaging technology to integrate disparate hardware/software configurations and technologies.
- Principal Architect for the design and development of MS Windows-based Patent Indexing solution for USPTO.
- Designed recurrence pattern algorithm and editor integrated into flow control and scheduling applications.
- Pioneer in the design of information management solutions for DOSTM and WindowsTM based commercial data management systems.
- Principal author of the Remote Diagnostic Processing System software utilized to remotely connect F14 Flight Simulation Systems. This software is held in the F14 Software Library at Pt. Magu, California.
- Associate Member of the Strawman, Stoneman, Steelman teams for the evaluation of the DOD common programming language selection ( Ada ) design specifications.
